Step-by-Step Guide to Creating an AI HTML5 Game

1. Character Sprites Creation

    - Instead of generating sprites from scratch, Chavellier used an external site to download vector images of characters.

    - These sprites were then refined and exported in various formats using Illustrator.

2. Generating Game Backgrounds

    - Chavellier used MidJourney to create a suitable background by providing a prompt like: "Game asset, 2D Cartoon Style background game scene, forest, forest element, flat, vector."

    - The generated background was further enhanced using Adobe Photoshop, where foreground elements were cut out for added depth.

3. Utilizing ChatGPT for Game Logic

    - The prepared media and detailed instructions were fed to ChatGPT.

    - Within minutes, ChatGPT generated an HTML page, resulting in a small HTML5 Canvas game.

Chavellier expressed his excitement about the future possibilities, stating, "Imagine all the possibilities we can achieve by spending more time."
